Return Window

Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to submit a return request for online purchases (Please see below for items that are not eligible for returns).

All return requests must be emailed to info@cataniclothing.com.au prior to posting items back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Returned must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Be unworn, unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags and boxes is applicable
  • Show no signs of wear, marks or damage

Items will be assessed upon arrival at our bricks-and-mortar store before approval is granted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Final Sale Products

These items are final sale unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Return Shipping

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and assessed:

  • You will receive confirmation via email from info@cataniclothing.com.au.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. 
  • You will also receive an automated confirmation from Shopify.

Please allow several business days for funds to appear back in your account, depending on your financial institution.
